Live Event Art at Corporate Events - 2023 edition

Happy New Year ! I hope 2024 brings you joy and happiness and the very best in your life. 

I want to express my gratitude and appreciation to you as we enter a new year ! 

I am very thankful for all the amazing opportunities - both commissioned and live event art - that have come my way . These clients range from  corporate clients , wedding clients , small business owners and brands. 

At various events , I offered live sketching , engraving and wood burning . 
Some of the corporate events ranged from corporate retreats to Holiday parties. 

Wood Burning

At a medical conference held at Baltimore Marriott  Waterfront, I offered wood burning coasters for the guests. The coasters were personalized with names and small messages. While I’m hired more often for engraving items, this was a refreshing experience to work with the wood burning tool.

Bloomingdales , Coty Inc , hired me to work on multiple projects throughout the year for in store events . I was hired to engrave perfume bottles and do calligraphy on David Yurman gift boxes and cards.

Bloomingdales is a long time client and I enjoy working with their teams at various locations in the DC-MD-VA area.

By the time the Holiday season rolled around , I had different bags with different tools + art supplies for each service, so it would be easier to pack and be organized. For the Christmas parties for corporate clients, I was hired to sketch guest portraits . The portraits were favors for the guests to take home post the event. 

I sketched within the DC-MD- VA and Boston area for these events. 

 Each event is focussed on providing value to the client and the client’s guests . Elevating guest experiences through personalization is always appreciated , whether it's a corporate party , corporate gifting, wedding or if it is a shopping experience . People love seeing something of themselves incorporated in the end result - a fun fashion illustration , their name engraved on a wine glass, a fun phrase engraved on a wine bottle . Some of the corporate clients had events for families - where I sketched groups of two or more people. Children love the experience of being turned into a sketch . 

Families were especially excited about receiving a sketch that they wanted to use as their Holiday card this year . 

After a busy season of events, I’m now unpacking my bags, and organizing my studio . I’ve been stepping on shipping supplies , bubble wraps .. so it was time to clean everything up and start fresh for 2024 ! 

I’ve been getting inquiries for live sketching , engraving at various events for 2024 and 2025 .
